It is prohibited to upload, list or otherwise place any content or items described on this page. Doing so may result in legal action. Clocked Limited reserves the right to suspend or delete your account if the Clocked team considers that you have not abided by these prohibitions.
Banned Items
On the Clocked website, you may only list classifiable movies and games for sale if they carry the correct New Zealand classification sticker. When listing these items, you must include the New Zealand classification rating and all information on the classification label. The exchange of these publications is covered by the Films, Videos and Publications Classification Act 1993. For more information visit the Office of Film and Literature Classification website.
It is illegal to import, distribute or possess games that are banned in New Zealand by the Office of Film and Literature Classification. You may not list these games on the Clocked website. The Office of Film and Literature Classification has banned the following games (as at 30 September 2009):

On the Clocked website, you must not list anything that:
- has been purchased outside New Zealand and Australia unless clearly advertised as such;
- has been banned from NZ on the NZ Customs Prohibited Imports list;
- is illegal;
- is offensive (including anything of a defamatory, pornographic or racially or ethnically objectionable nature);
- is stolen;
- is unsafe;
- infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights, including anything that has been illegally copied, replicated or pirated;
- has been illegally imported or which would require illegal import or export in order to complete a trade; or
- the exchange or sale of which is prohibited by, or violates any, law.
Banned Content
On NO part of the Clocked website including, without limitation, usernames, listings, comments accompanying an offer or negotiated offer, feedback, comments accompanying a page sent to a friend, correspondence with the Clocked team, comments and suggestions submitted through the contact section, forums and message boards, you must post, upload or use anything that:
- is illegal;
- is offensive (including anything of a defamatory, pornographic or racially or ethnically objectionable nature);
- is of an otherwise objectionable nature. Clocked Limited reserves the sole and absolute right to determine what is considered to be of an otherwise objectionable nature; or
- uses language that is offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, profane, obscene, indecent, unlawful or objectionable.
