Code of Conduct
This code sets out the principles and behaviours that Clocked Limited expects of members, and Clocked members expect of other members who use the Website (as defined in our Terms and Conditions) and the Services (as defined in our Terms and Conditions).
1.1 All members must:
a. act honestly and in good faith at all times.
b. comply with all New Zealand laws, including without limitation, sale of goods and intellectual property laws.
c. comply with Clocked's Terms and Conditions.
1.2 All members agree:
a. to describe items fully, accurately (in all material respects) and honestly.
b. to respond to emails, including questions about a particular listing, as soon as possible and otherwise within two working days of receiving an email from the Clocked team or another member.
c. not to relist an item once an offer for it has been accepted, unless:
i. the trade is not completed after making all reasonable endeavours to complete the trade or otherwise resolve any issues relating to the trade; or
ii. an item has been returned to you by Clocked Limited in accordance with our Safeswap Policy.
d. to ensure items are dispatched as soon as possible following an accepted offer, and otherwise within two days of receiving the other member’s postal address (unless otherwise indicated in the listing or agreed by both parties) or Clocked Limited’s postal address when a member elects to use SafeSwap for the delivery of an item to him or her.
e. not to list any items or place any content prohibited in the Banned Content page. Also refer to clause 4.2(d) of our Terms and Conditions.
f. not to place negative feedback without first making reasonable endeavours to resolve issues. Also refer to clause 4.4 of our Terms and Conditions.
g. not to engage in retaliatory feedback (also refer to clause 4.4 of our Terms and Conditions) or behaviour or send spam.
