How does Clocked work?
Sign up and create listings for each of your games/films that you wish to trade (swap). Find games/films you want and make offers to trade. Wait for your offers to be accepted, negotiated or declined. At the same time, accept, negotiate or decline offers made to you. Once an offer is accepted, send off your outgoing games/films and wait for your new games/films to arrive.

What does it cost me to use Clocked?
Nothing. There are no sign up fees, no membership fees, no listing fees and no success fees. You will have to pay delivery costs to send your outgoing game(s) to the other trader.

What is SafeSwap and how does it work?
SafeSwap is an optional service offered by Clocked to its members to make trades safer. SafeSwap introduces a third party (Clocked) to a trade. Your incoming items are sent to Clocked. Once Clocked has received those items, you are notified by email to send off your outgoing items. At the same time, Clocked sends you your incoming items.

How can I change my user account settings so I do not receive emails from Clocked?
Click on SETTINGS in your user account menu and choose the preferred email notifications from the list of options available.

Do I have to trade with someone who has the same delivery options?
No, as long as you are aware of the other trader's preferences and he/she is aware of yours. When making an offer you can submit any queries you have in the comments box.

Can I list a game that has already been listed by another member?
Yes. Also, if you have multiple copies of the same game you can create a listing for each copy.

Can I make more than one offer using the same game listing?
Yes, but only the offer to be first accepted will be used. All other offers containing that game will be invalidated.

How do I negotiate an offer?
Click on the NEGOTIATE button beside the offer under the Offers Section in the TRADING ZONE.

Can I trade two games for one game or vice versa?
Yes, you can trade multiple games. For example, you can trade five old games for two new ones.

Can I trade games for movies?
Yes, you can trade games for movies. You can also trade different console games.

How do I relist an expired/withdrawn listing?

How can I place feedback on the other trader once the trade has been completed?
Click on the "Trade History" link under the My Listings section in the TRADING ZONE. Alternatively, click here. Remember you cannot change feedback once it has been placed so choose your words wisely.

Can I trade with a member who resides in Australia?

Can I list two games under one listing?
No. You can only list one game per listing. You can explain that you have more than one listing in the swap interests section.

How can I change my listing from a 7 day duration to no expiry?
