Members' Guide
Clocked in a Nutshell:
- As a member, you should ensure you have read and understood Clocked’s Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to keep up-to-date with them. If you do not accept Clocked's Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using the Website and Services.
- Visit the forum to check out the latest Clocked
announcements, read up on gaming and tech news and discuss your
thoughts and opinions about anything in the world of gaming or movies.
- Browse Clocked’s listings by gaming or film category and/or console or conduct an advanced search for an item within a particular console and/or category.
- Save items to your watchlist so that you can follow them easily.
- Before you list an item, ensure that you have read the Banned Content page.
- Make an offer. You can use the same listed item(s) in offers to as
many members as you like. You cannot make the same offer to the same
member twice. Remember that the first offer that is accepted will
invalidate all remaining offers that involve any of the listings in the
accepted offer, including offers you may have received. You should only
make offers that you are serious about.
- Accept an offer that you have received. Remember that the first
offer that you accept will invalidate all remaining offers that
involve any of the listings in the accepted offer, including offers you
may have sent.
- Negotiate an offer. If you are not completely happy with an offer
you have received, you can negotiate the offer. That is, you
can propose a different offer using a different combination of
items. The offers you make can also be negotiated by the other member.
- Once an offer has been accepted, you and the other member will be
sent an email containing each other’s contact email addresses. It is
your responsibility to make contact and send your outgoing item(s) away
promptly.
- SafeSwap is a service offered to provide security to trades.
Clocked Limited is introduced as an independent third party to
facilitate the exchange of items between two members. For more
information, visit the SafeSwap page.
- Please place feedback as this is an important tool in maintaining a safe online trading venue.

Here you can edit and update your personal details and change your password.

Listing an Item
To add an item to the Clocked listings, click on LIST in your user menu. Enter all mandatory fields (indicated by a red asterix). You can upload up to three images to be displayed on your listing. We recommend including at least one photo of the item and its contents. Please refer to the Banned Content and Code of Conduct pages for listing guidelines.

Trading Zone
Under My Listings, you can view and edit all of your current listings. You can also withdraw listings that have no expiry. When a question is asked on any of your listings, a "Questions" link will appear under the Edit button. Click on the link to view and answer any questions.

You can access your Trade History by clicking the link underneath the My Listings section. Under Successful Listings, you can post feedback on your traded items by clicking the Place Feedback button. You can also complete the SafeSwap payment process by clicking the "PAY SAFESWAP" link beside the date. Under Unsuccessful Listings, you can relist your expired/withdrawn listings.
Under Offers, you can accept, negotiate or decline offers you have received from other Clocked members. You can view pending offers you have made to other Clocked members. Any offers that are unsuccessful disappear from the Offers section.
Watchlist
Here you can view and delete the listings saved to your watchlist. To save a listing to your watchlist, click on the Save to Watchlist button on any listing under the Browse section. You must be signed in.

Settings
Here you can change your Clocked settings with regard to email notifications, delivery preferences and SafeSwap options.
