Government agencies with statutory roles enabling them to request data from us include, but are not limited to, Police, the Inland Revenue Department and the Ministry Of Economic Development. 2.3 If you wish to take Dispute Tribunal proceedings against another member, you can contact the Disputes Tribunal for a statutory declaration. You may request contact details from Clocked Limited for the sole purpose of making a Disputes Tribunal claim. Also refer to clause 6.10(d) of our Terms and Conditions.
2.4 Statistics about the usage of the Website may be used to provide customised advertising within Clocked.
3. Security of Your Personal Information
3.1 Clocked Limited secures your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Clocked Limited secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
4. Email
4.1 Clocked Limited sends members automated emails for notification purposes. Members can change their email options when signed in via the settings page. Clocked Limited may also send newsletters and other communications to members. Newsletters will contain clear and obvious instructions for how the member can remove himself or herself from that mailing list. Also refer to clause 3.5 of our Terms and Conditions.

5. Emailing Tools
5.1 Users may email Clocked pages to their friends by clicking the “Email a Friend” button. Emails sent using this service or the email addresses are not permanently stored, sold, or leased by Clocked Limited. Users are not permitted to use this service to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate this privacy policy or the Terms and Conditions. 6. Membership Registration
6.1 When you sign up to Clocked, you are required to provide contact information. Clocked Limited may use your contact information from the registration form to send you information about Clocked or Clocked Limited (also refer to clause 4.1). Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary.
7. Updating Your Personal Information
7.1 Clocked Limited provides you with ways in which you can alter your personal data, including changing your email address, password, postal address, etc. Clocked Limited will store previous email addresses against your profile to ensure compliance with the Terms and Conditions - specifically the use of one account per member.
8. Postal Address Details
8.1 You must ensure your postal address details are up-to-date. When you save changes to your postal address details, Clocked Limited will store this information against your account. When you trade an item using SafeSwap™, Clocked Limited will use your postal address information along with your name to send you your new item(s).
9. Control of Your Password
9.1 You are responsible for all actions taken with your username, email address and password, including fees. Therefore you must not disclose your Clocked password to any third parties. If you disclose your information including your username, email address and password with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with this information and therefore you should review that third party's privacy policy. 10. Credit Card Security
10.1 Clocked Limited protects your credit card information during transmission by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information when transmitted over the Internet. Clocked Limited retains only partial card details. However, they may be held by Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) (review DPS's Privacy Policy).
10.2 It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Ensure you sign out when you have finished using Clocked, especially if you access Clocked from a shared computer.

11. Cookies
11.1 Cookies are browser-related files that are stored on your computer when you use the Website that help you browse the Website more easily. Cookies cannot be used to run programmes or contaminate your computer with viruses. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Cookies are used on most major websites.
11.2 Clocked mostly uses "session" cookies, which are removed from your computer once you leave Clocked. These are used so the service can remember that you have signed in already. Clocked uses PHP technology which requires the use of session cookies. Session cookies expire and are deleted after 30 minutes of no activity on Clocked.
11.3 Most web browsers enable the user to accept or decline cookies. Most automatically accept cookies. You can change your browser settings to turn cookies off. However, if you choose to turn cookies off, you may have a limited experience of the interactive features of the Website and Services.
11.4 Clocked Limited participates in Google's AdWords pay-per-click advertising programme. AdWords advertisements appear on Google's search result pages and on the Google Network. Google uses cookies to measure the number of Google users that click on an advertisement and visit certain Clocked web pages, or who complete certain actions on the Website (such as adding an item to their Watchlist). 15. Internet Statistics
15.1 Clocked Limited uses Advanced Web Statistics to collect information such as the number of visitors per day. To do this, Clocked Limited has a small piece of code on each page to count these statistics.
